Technical parameters of 60 ton flour mill
1、 Cleaning room process: three sieves, two hits, two stone removal, one wheat washing, two magnetic separation, two dedusting and three lifting are adopted. The cleaning effect of the process is good, with high output, low power consumption, good dust removal effect and dust free dust.
2、 The process of pulverizing room: adopting four skins and five cores, one slag, one tail, one cleaning powder and two magnetic separation. The classification adopts in screen classification and one brush of bran; the screening powder adopts two high square flat screen, which has good classification effect, high production efficiency and convenient maintenance; the pulverizer adopts pneumatic pulverizer, double roller feeding, synchronous belt transmission, high milling precision, stable performance, high production efficiency, low noise, no dust and easy maintenance.
